Our Master’s Boxing Club is geared toward adults 30 and over who are looking to get into fighting shape through the great sport of Olympic Style Amateur Boxing. If you ever wanted to know what it’s like to train like a boxer, this program is for you!
This Open Training Camp is designed to introduce the beginner boxer (or boxing enthusiast) to the same work both pro & amateur boxers do to get into competition shape including; bag work, pad drills, plyometrics work and offensive and defensive skills & drills.
Members receive the instruction they need to meet the fitness goal they desire - all while learning the art of boxing.
As the camp progresses and participants gain knowledge and skill, Cardio/Low Impact Sparring Sessions are introduced (optional).
